Discounted financing combined with a zero rate from NRB

Financing provided in the form of a discounted senior loan from Raiffeisen - Leasing, s.r.o. in cooperation with its contractual partner National Development Bank.

The programme is available for small and medium-sized enterprises outside the capital city of Prague. It focuses on financing technologies that contribute to climate goals and green transformation.

The programme is intended for:

• construction of photovoltaic power plants
• buing of recycling technologies
• and other measures that contribute to the green transformation

The concessional financing consists of two parts:

1. A loan from the National Development Bank for up to 45% of the project cost:

• discounted loan at 0% p.a. for a maximum of 14 years 
• period after the repayment of the senior loan from Raiffeisen - Leasing with interest rate of 3%
• discounted loan 1 -100 mil. CZK
• maturity up to 15 years
• posponement of repayments up to 5 years

2. Loan from Raiffeisen - Leasing up to 55% of the project costs:

• with a favourable interest rate
• arrangement fee - free of charge

Guarantee programme Invest EU - Innovation and Digital Programme

• We will process the guarantee for you free of charge and without any fees

Under the Innovation and Digitalisation product, the EIF guarantee will support SMEs focused on innovation and digitalisation to improve access to finance for research and innovation intensive businesses.

In addition, the guarantee will support the uptake of digital technologies and the digital transformation of business.

Projects can be implemented anywhere in the Czech republic.

Small and medium-sized enterprises SME with up to 250 employees and Mid-Cap with up to 500 employees as defined by the EU. Turnover max. EUR 50 mio or balance sheet total up to EUR 43 mio. Entrepreneurs must meet the conditions of the Eligibility Criteria.

Guarantee Covers up to 70% / 80% of the final loss on the loan/financial lease.


 

Guarantee programme Invest EU - Sustainable SME Finance Programme

Within the framework of the Sustainable SME and Small Mid-caps product, the EIF guarantee provides support to investments that contribute to the green and sustainable transformation of the European economy and promote access to debt financing for the final beneficiaries. 

In addition, it will also seek to encourage investment to improve accessibility of services, products and infrastructure and to develop assistive technologies and to make organisations and their premises accessible to customers and employees with disabilities.

Projects can be implemented anywhere in the Czech Republic.

Subsidies for financing agricultural machinery and equipment (PGRLF)

In cooperation with PGRLF, we make it possible for our clients – farmers – food manufacturers - to combine our financing with PGRLF subsidy programs.  The client can receive a subsidy for part of the interest paid to Raiffeisen – Leasing.
The programs include:
 

The Farmer Program For the purchase of agricultural equipment, e.g., seeding machines, harvesters, tractors, loaders, mowers, and other agricultural equipment.	The Forest Farmer Program For the purchase of forest management equipment, e.g., tractors, logging machines, chippers, loaders, etc.
The Wood Processor Program Purchase of wood processing equipment or technology.	The Processor Program Investment in the acquisition of fixed assets related to the agricultural product processing for feed purposes.
The Food producers´ Program Investments for the acquisition of technological equipment  related to the processing of agricultural products for food purposes or food production, as well as the construcion, renovation and equipment of shops or vending machines.

 

New Energy Savings Programme

This programme is suitable for entrepreneurs who plan to use the funding in energy saving projects. We offer clients a combination of our financing and a loan from NRB with a discounted rate of 1.99% and a subsidy component of up to 35% of eligible project costs. Designed for businesses of all sizes in the Czech Republic outside the capital city of Prague.

The programme is designed for:

• replacement of energy inefficient machinery- renewal of production technology
• increasing the energy efficiency of building lighting
• insulation of buildings including roofs, replacement of windows and other construction measures that have a demonstrable impact on the energy performance of the building
• increasing the energy efficiency of technical building systems (cooling, forced ventilation including heat recovery, humidity treatment, hot water treatment)
• renewable energy sources
• the use of waste energy in production processes

Energy savings of at least 10% must be achieved in connection with the acquisition of the technology.

 

Virtual enterprise

Subsidies from the Virtual Enterprise programme can be used to purchase hardware and software for your company up to 40% cheaper. For example, servers, office computers and software, security systems, QR readers or cloud services and modems.
The subsidy is for investments in non-manufacturing technologies that will lead to increased digitalisation, automation or more efficient interconnection of business processes in SMEs. It is intended for investments that will bring new functionalities to your business.

• The programme is designed for SMEs. Projects must be implemented outside the territory of the capital city Prague 

 
Amount of support

• 30 to 40% depending on the size of the enterprise 
• The minimum amount of subsidy is CZK 250 000 and the maximum EUR 200 000

Applications will be accepted until 29 March 2024.
 

Digital Enterprise - Technology 4.0

The grant from this programme can be used for the acquisition of new technological equipment and facilities, including the necessary infrastructure for the digital transformation of society. Digitisation and automation of production, streamlining of service provision or creating the conditions for their introduction.

• The programme is designed for SMEs

Projects must be implemented outside the territory of the capital city Prague.

Amount of support

• 30 to 60% according to the location of the project and the size of the enterprise
• The minimum amount of subsidy is CZK 5 000 000 and the maximum CZK 50 000 000

Applications will be accepted until 15 March 2024.


 

Energy Savings Grant Programme (OP TAK)

The Energy Savings Grant Programme is part of the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation for Competitiveness (OP TAK).
It provides support  for technological and building modernisation to businesses of all sizes. 
The purpose of the programme is to support measures contributing to energy savings.
You can receive grant up to CZK 200 per project and thus significantly reduce your final energy consumption.
 
The grant can be used for:

• replacement of energy inefficient machinery - Renewal of production technology, lighting of buildings
• insulation of buildings including roofs, replacement of windows and other construction measures that have a demonstrable impact on the energy performance of the building
• modernisation and reconstruction of electricity, gas and heat distribution systems
• renewable energy sources, e.g. photovoltaic systems, solar thermal systems, small hydroelectric plants, heat pumps, etc
• introduction and modernisation of metering systems
• the use of waste energy in production processes
• project documentation and energy assessments

The programme is designed for small, medium and large enterprises.
 
Amount of support:

• 35 to 65% depending on the size of the enterprise and the location of implementation, with support for all locations outside the capital city of Prague
• The minimum amount of subsidy is 500 thousand EUR. The maximum subsidy is CZK 200 million CZK

The programme is being prepared for 2Q 2024.
 

Innovation

The Innovation Grant Programme is part of the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation for Competitiveness (OP TAK).

It is intended for enterprises of all sizes up to 499 employees. 

The Innovation programme will provide you with new production technologies and machines, software or intellectual property rights to start producing innovative products and products. These must come from your previous research and development or can be acquired in the form of, for example, licences and patents.
You can receive a grant of up to EUR 40 million. CZK 40 per project.

A typical applicant is a manufacturing company operating primarily in the processing industry.

The programme is being prepared for 2024.
